Welcome to Business Chokro. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully, as they govern your use of our ERP, POS, and HR management software platforms and applications (the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Subscription Plans and Payments

Business Chokro is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable recurring fees. If your payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees paid are non-refundable.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of our systems.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Resell or sublicense the Services without our explicit written consent.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership to the data you input into Business Chokro. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, copy, and process your data solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Chokro and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
